“Our dog had a great day with Grateful Pets. Our overall experience was fantastic and I highly recommend them.

We were driving through St. Louis on a roadtrip and wanted to visit the Gateway Arch National Park. However, we needed something to do with our dog that was traveling with us.

I completed the online registration form and included our dogs medical records. I called and spoke to the manager, who confirmed our registration was complete and that our records were received. Our pooch was ready for the day.

On the day of our visit, I handed our pooch over curbside, after they verified her in their system. When I returned for pick up, it was quick and easy to pay curbside and then our pooch came out.

At time of service, their prices were competitive with other local providers but, they were closest to the Arch.

Next trip through, we will definitely drop her off again.”

“I take my boxer puppy here due to a recommendation from a good friend. They are awesome! They know my dogs name since the first time My wife brought him in as well as mine, having never met me. They are so personable and Leo gets excited to walk in the door. You can tell they care about their clients and the dogs they care for. I walk in every time and there are 5+ dogs sitting on beds that don’t flinch when my pup comes in. Can’t wait to start training Leo with them because they clearly know what they are doing. Love this place and glad it’s here in the city!”
